JennyCakes are made in small batches and each cake is decorated by hand. I choose the finest ingredients, including free-range fresh eggs, high grade unbleached flour and Varlhona chocolate, resulting in wonderfully fresh baked products finished with fluffy toppings.

I learned the art of making delicious cupcakes through my years at the Culinary Institute of America and at the apron strings of my childhood spent in the kitchen.

Making home-baked treats for my family, friends and at-home gatherings, I created JennyCakes, a world of sweet treats for everyone to experience.

I am truly driven by the love of what I make, and it comes not just in the form of a cake, but in the knowledge that I truly make people happy every time they take a bite out of one of my creations.
